Fish and chips at Mariner's Wharf Harbour is a must do. Go downstairs to the takeaways place, not upstairs to the restaurant. You'll most likely see a local band playing, locals playing with seals. Take a stroll down the harbour past the fishing boats.

This is the harbour with an array of small gift shops and market stalls bars and restaurants. You can also get boat trips around the bay and seal island from here.
