Wonderful yoga community in Plaza Midwood. Bright walls, friendly instructors. Lavender scented face towels during savasana, need we say more?

Classes can be up to 100 and you'll sweat your ass off. If you want a workout, go here. If you want actual yoga with meditation, it's not ideal.

There are a number of great yoga studios in Plaza Midwood. This is one of the two, I hear the best review for.
