Best breakfast in Sooke. This hole-in-the-wall Mom and Pop shop has the best breakfasts. Formerly called "Alternative Kitchen".

Great casual breakfast spot. You can sit inside or order at the outside window and grab a seat at a picnic table. The Benny is fabulous.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE - Homemade menu items, soups wraps, and all-day breakfast..(try her eggs Benny) Sooke's little secret restaurant. open daily 6 AM to 3 PM. Ask any local, and they'll tell you .. "Yummy-Yummy!"
