Sprawling nature preserve & educational center featuring a variety of habitats & native animals. A beautiful place to walk and observe nature. There are live owls and animals in zoo like enclosures. The walk around the lake is amazing and very well maintained. Trails are well-marked and mowed. There is ample free parking.

Free parking, nature walk with a story to read as you walk around the park. Creepy crawlies in the main refuge building! Good spot to see the water and birds from the refuge building.

Great place to take a walk through the wooded trails around the pond. There are also some animals there and some areas great for kids.

This is my favorite place to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a walk on the well-maintained trails. Then stop into the nature center to enjoy beautiful views of the pond and learn from the exhibits. Great for kids of all ages!
