This is a GP centre for anyone who wants a same day appointment and doesn't have NHS access. I have used it for quick appointments. It isn't cheap but an option.

If you need to see a doctor quickly and do not want to wait at St Mary's hospital, you can normally walk right into the Medicenter in Paddington station. A private clinic and there is a charge.
