For a great local experience! Their fresh ingredients include Mangos, Papayas, Okra, Passion-Fruit, Callaloo, Dasheen, Bread Fruit, Sweet Yams, Christophen, Ginger & Avocado. All grown in the fertile mountains of St. Lucia. And from the bountiful Caribbean Sea the Freshest Tuna, Red Snapper, KingFish, Mahi-Mahi, & St. Lucian Lobster.
