This place is dated but it has everything - pool, swim lanes, and a gym that make for a good day trip. There's also a U shaped running track on the upper level

Nearby community centre with everything you need - pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor track, cardio and weight rooms. About 10 dollars a visit if you want to work out.
