A South Florida landmark, Cap's Place is Florida's oldest restaurant, dating back to 1920. Originally a rum-running speakeasy, Cap's Place is still one of the best-kept south florida secrets. It is only accessible by ferry, and they serve up excellent seafood. Try the fresh hearts-of-palm dish, with an entree of seared scallops

For a unique time, head over to Cap’s Place where you’ll board their own boat shuttle to take you over to the restaurant. Make sure to check out the awesome bar. Try to head over maybe 30-60 minutes before sunset.
