Just a 5 minute walk from the villa you can find UltraMar, this is the best ferry service in town, you will enjoy the view all the way to the island.

Ferry terminal is walking distance away from here, that means that one of the most rating activities which is visiting Isla Mujeres will be a lot easier for you than staying in another location.
