Tampa's most prized vintage boutique, in the heart of Ybor. I wouldn't say it's cheap but it's not over priced either. They curate a classic collection you won't find most places. Decent in size to spend some time if you're in the area.

Fun vintage clothing store in Ybor. Not cheap.. but fun to get lost in. They have a lot of old 20s/30s flapper dresses that are fun to look at.
