This place is really special - it's not budget-friendly, and we'd recommend you book a while ahead if you can. If you're in the mood to splash out, choose the full degustation menu with matching wines (it's not far to walk home!) Russo e Russo gets consistently great restaurant reviews, and deservedly so. It's a very, very good place to dine. One thing: it's noisy, so if you're sensitive to loudness, maybe not the place for you :)

Dimly lit with a white curtain hanging delicately in the front window, Osteria di Russo & Russo offers all the warmth of a traditional Italian restaurant. One of the best Italian in Sydney I think!!

Impeccable Italian food when you want to splash out a little. Rustic yet reinvented. The owner knows his stuff and is happy to suggest unusual wine accompaniments. 5 course set menu for $60 with matching wines for $120
