Pottsville offers 2 small supermarkets. There are also bottle shops, boutique shops, health foods, fruit and veg, coffee shops, bakeries, newsagent, post office, pizza, sushi and butcher shop.

Pottsville beach is beautiful for a swim, walk, beach fishing and surfing. There are surf lifesavers present during school holidays.

The beach is nice and Mooball Creek. If you like a little bush walk the Eucalyptus track is only a 2.5km easy walk. Eat at the bakery for a nice easy eat.

The tidal creek, which takes you to the river mouth at Pottsville, is perfect for lazing in the water or the sun and is very safe for a family beach day out. Paddle boards or kayaks would be ideal for cruising up and down the waterway and ideal for viewing the abundant wildlife in this beautiful part of the world.
