Located at Eastpac Building along Balestier Road, Cafe de Hong Kong is a Hong Kong style cafe run by Hong Kong locals. The cafe serves one of the best French Toasts in Singapore, as well authentic Hong Kong style cuisine requiring hours of preparation.
