The Boat Shed is the restaurant that Cotton Tree is famous for. There is the fine dining option, or you can go more casual for tapas and cocktails, or you can just go for takeaway fish and chips. The best time to go is sunset. It’s the perfect location to enjoy sunset, under the cotton trees and right on the river.

Head down from 4 PM onwards Friday-Sunday and enjoy the sunset views over the river mouth. It does get busy at the restaurant, so if you want a guaranteed spot take a picnic rug and a bottle of wine. Plus, live music on a Sunday afternoon.
