Trains depart for Downtown every 7 minutes during rush hour. Coming back is not as fast, but convenient nevertheless.

Denver's RTD Light Rail Station. Both go downtown, one to the west, and one to the east of the 16th St Mall free shuttle. C ends at Union Station, passing Mile High Stadium and close to Coors Field, home of the Rockies. D offers access to The Denver Center for Performing Arts and north of downtown. Via C/Union Station, you can access Denver International Airport... it takes some time, but is a great way to avoid traffic, parking and hassle.
