Portland fine dining, incredible plating, and great cocktails. The chocolate brownie was the best we’d ever had — supposedly an original recipe since they first opened. Rooftop dining available.

On the east side. It has a great view of the city, and half the seating is on a roof patio, great during nice weather.

Noble Rot is great wine bar and restaurant. A glacial well hydrates the building and the 3000 sq foot garden on the roof. The vegetables grown there supply the restaurant. For fifteen years, The Rot has educated, entertained and fed this city. Local, national and international media have consistently praised their style.
