Set in a peaceful rural setting with beautiful views of Dunstable Downs, yet within easy reach of London (40 mins), Luton Airport (25mins), Milton Keynes (35mins) Whipsnade Safari Park (5 mins) and Harry Potter World 35 mins. There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

Self-contained studio Wokingham

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
