Open the front door to the cottage to find a bright space which beautifully showcases the locally harvested Sugarpine beams and trim work. Nestled in the Pines yet close to all amenities downtown Twain Harte has to offer, you will be immersed in natural beauty both inside and outside.

Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. Peak hour park reservations may be required. 35 min. to Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ski. 7 min. to Black Oak Casino

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away.
