It's a great location, super close to Golden Gate Park and plenty of little restaurants.

The check-in instructions were unclear as to what to do at arrival. And the garage as the main entry, with one remote wasn't ideal. If you need more flexibility for your group, it'll take some coordination.

The hosts were very kind and responsive, but the orientation at arrival was a bit much. We just wanted to relax—a binder with instructions would have been fine.

There was some confusion around the backyard. We were told we could use it, but not the lights. It was nice to have the space, but we felt we couldn't use it after being told to shut it down prior to quiet hours.

All in all, the price point in a quiet neighborhood worked for us. Just some minor things to consider.

This apartment was in a great location, close to golden gate park. It includes a dedicated parking space which is very nice to have in San Francisco. The host and family are very nice welcoming people. The king bed was very comfortable.

This is my second stay at Rumesha's place. I cannot say enough good things about Rumesha or the place itself. It is a great place at a great location, close to shops, restaurants and Golden Gate Park(very walkable). It is also very close to public transportation. It was very clean and in a quiet and safe area, perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Rumesha and family are very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable with great restaurants, places to sightsee and explore. They made sure my stay was very enjoyable and were very responsive when I had any question, I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit San Francisco and would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and they were super helpful to ensure we knew where to park, how everything worked, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, but still close to everything. A good location, especially if you have a kid at USF.
