My brother and I stayed at Jonathan’s place over the Christmas holiday. The location was great - close to downtown, restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. The house was tidy and clean. There was a full kitchen which was nice, as we were able to make tacos on the stove, breakfast, etc. There’s a tv with Roku hooked up in the living room which was great for downtime. The driveway and house are gated. There driveway seemed to be long enough to fit two vehicles if they aren’t huge. The AC and Heat worked well. There was a Keurig coffee maker, too. Overall, we had a great stay and would book this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at Jonathan's place. The best part is the location. It's a very short walk to East Sixth street and we were able to explore all the great restaurants and bars in the area. There were only two of us, but the place could easily house five or six. Excellent value, and we would absolutely stay there again. Thanks!

The house is located on a busy street and next to a university that has a bell that rings at the top of each hour so if you are a light sleeper you could be awaken during the night or early morning. Stacy the host is awesome. She will make sure that you have what you need during your stay. All you have to do is reach out to her. If you like coffee, there are plenty of shops near by.

Very clean space nice for a weekend getaway trip
