Alltså åk! Det var nästan som att de ordnade solsken som en del av upplevelsen. Hissnande vyer, klockren planering och verkligen semesterns absoluta höjdpunkt 💥

This experience made what I discovered was a nightmare trip to plan by myself a totally stress free, enjoyable, laid back even day. As a photographer the added bonus of being able to open the windows and experience the clear views and fresh air was truly special.

The trip did not start out well as it rained not to anyone’s fault . Nikko our coordinator at Milan Centrale was helpful and guide us to train heading for Varenna. We met with Lucca at Varenna station. Because of the rain he took us to a wonderful shop named Ciapponi in Morbegno. This shop was acclaimed by the Financial Times as one of the 50 greatest food stores in the world. There was so much good stuff in the shop that we got a few bottles of wine, cheese, and some biscotti. Lucca was great in re-organizing the trip and we got to see the islands of Varenna , Menaggio and Bellagio. We traveled by car and ferry. Lucca took us to the top of the hill in Bellagio to have a great view of the surrounding towns as the rain was clearing out. He went above and beyond to make the day insightful and beautiful despite of the rain. This tour is a great experience to see Lake Como despite the unpredictable weather. Thank you Lucca for being an awesome guide!

I had an amazing time exploring the Lake Como area! Our host was super knowledgeable and really tailored the trip according to the weather. They happily recommended the best places to see, local dishes to try, and could answer any question about the area, they clearly know it inside out. I also think it was great value for money. On top of that, I was lucky to travel with some wonderful people, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
