Sky was such an amazing host! I was the only one on the tour, which was a bit of a bummer, but Sky made sure everything was perfectly set up for me to have a blast. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Thailand. The school and cooking space were well organized, and everything went smoothly.

This was the best travel excursion that I’ve ever taken and credit goes to Sky and her assistant. Sky was very well organized and enthusiastically taught the cooking class attendees how to make each dish from scratch. She is such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor.

We started the cooking class at the local market selecting the ingredients for the Thai cooking class. We then proceeded to class kitchen where each participant prepared (and ate) five different Thai meals. That was a lot of food.

Can’t wait to try to replicate some of these meals when I get back home.
