Chef Reuben is a true professional! He was quick to respond, patient, and friendly as I tried to navigate a celebratory dinner for a family gathering of 10. He was able to accommodate my time change on the morning of the dinner with seeming ease.
He arrived on time, with everything needed. He offered friendly smiles and brief conversation (initiated by family members) while prepping our meal.
The meal was beautifully displayed, was quite tasty with unique flavors that tickled our tongues. His collard greens--some of the best I've ever eaten--tender and just right!
He cleaned up when we finished, washed all the dishes and packed up, leaving the kitchen and dining area like he had not even been there.
Reuben's southern offerings from A Taste of Heaven were special treats. A job well done!
