I’m a chef known for turning popular Brazilian cuisine into high art. I am the creator of the iconic feijoada fritter, now a staple of Rio cuisine. I also run the Aconchego Carioca, Kalango, and Sofia restaurants. Recognized by the Michelin Guide and Veja Rio, I use food to tell stories, honor my roots, and empower other women through gastronomy.
