I’m a retired nurse, trail-running enthusiast, mom-on-a-mission who swapped scrubs for Saucony’s ;) Raised Afrikaans, now English-speaking, met my Mauritian hubby in London. Always chasing adventure with my 3 kids. I’ve lived in 3 countries, teach classical piano part time , and believe strong coffee and stronger legs can get you through anything!
