Nestled in the woods, the house is exceptionally charming and peaceful. Croton has long been beloved by naturalists, and the area has incredible hiking trails, quaint coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Don’t forget to visit the stunning Croton Dam nearby!

Inspiring & grounding space for working from home & an ideal retreat for artists & writers! NOTE: Max. occupancy is 1 couple or 2 individuals. Gatherings w/extra people for the day are not possible. We do not allow children under 12, it is not set up for kids & our property is not suitable for them.

It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, NYC escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations. We reserve a parking spot for guests.
