Iulius Town Timișoara is the name of the mixed-use development or edge city, as well as shopping mall located there, in Timișoara, Romania. At the time of its completion it was the first shopping mall in Timișoara. As of 2019, it is the largest shopping center in Romania. Included in the Iulius Town development, the total retail floor area of the shopping mall will be increased to 118,000 sq m. The mall has: - 450 stores - 1 hypermarket - Auchan - seven-screen cinema complex Cinema City - food-court with 25 fast-foods, restaurants and cafes: KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks, Segafredo Zanetti and other international restaurants - dog grooming - swimming pool & fitness club - climbing wall & ice rink - during the winter season (from November to March) - bowling & billiard - games & entertainment - casino - terraces - bars - kidsland playground - events & expositions - bank agencies - 3,000 parking spaces - Police offices: vehicle registration, driving licence examination area, passports service - Post office - free internet access (including free Wi-Fi zones)

In Julius Town you will find the biggest mall of Timisoara, a lot of nice restaurants and a beautiful parc with a gorgeous carousel. There is underground parking available (first 2 hours free) or you can come with public transport. Surely it's a place where you can spend couple of hours if not a whole day, because it's quite large and you find many points of interest here.
