1 hour drive west from Jasper. Beautiful day hiking to Kinney Lake along the Berg Lake trail. Trail to Kinney lake is wide with a gentle grade. Interp centre and cafeteria located at start of trail.

The hiking trail up to Mount Robson is named one of the 10 most beautiful hiking trails in the world, it is a well known World Heritage site. Robson river follows the trail through a beautiful rain forest with huge cedar trees. The first Lake is Kinney Lake which offers some private picnic tables to soak in the view. You can walk around the lake to a shelter. The trail then spirals up the mountain through the Valley of the Thousands Falls up to mind blowing Emperor Falls. The scenery is absolutely amazing. The very fit hikers can follow the trail up to Berg Lake and enjoy the stunning scenery of the glacier at the lake.
