With multiple decks overlooking majestic Lone Peak views, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate comfortably sleeps 12, boasting a private hot tub, dedicated ski room, and sleek accommodations. Ski-in/ski-out access makes it easy to catch first tracks as dawn breaks— only 6 minutes from Big Sky Resort.

Encapsulating the rugged beauty of Montana, this 3-story estate ushers guests into the heart of the home on the second floor, where a sweeping open floor plan with high ceilings and an expansive wall of windows seamlessly blend space and design, offering breathtaking vista views at every turn. Thoughtfully designed with custom finishes, an exquisite aspen staircase and Noguchi-inspired lanterns add a touch of whimsy to the ambiance. A plush, wraparound sofa and fur accents invite guests to gather in the bright living area centered around unobstructed views of Lone Peak and a wood-burning fireplace. A well-lit dining area seats 10 with an adjacent 5-stool breakfast bar, creating a social space in the dining and kitchen areas. With a minimalist aesthetic, the sleek kitchen comes outfitted with top-tier Bosch appliances as well as all the comforts of home, including a crockpot, French press, and more. The laundry room is cleverly hidden in the pantry. A spacious primary bedroom provides endless comforts with a gas fireplace and soaking tub. Extra sleeping accommodations can be found in the office. The upper deck serves as the perfect outdoor entertainment area, boasting an alfresco dining table and outdoor kitchen.

A remote upper-level primary bedroom offers outstanding mountain and forest views from the private balcony.

Two bedrooms on the lower level provide a private respite, complete with a kitchenette, living and dining areas, and a private entrance. There's also a ski room for wet outdoor gear, with a laundry room for convenience.

A 1-car heated garage with additional parking in the driveway makes it easy to explore Big Sky's 2 base areas (5 mins.) and Beehive Basin Trailhead (3 mins.) at The View. For ski-in/ski-out access, begin at the driveway's end and head right onto groomed trail to the White Otter and Cascade Lifts. To return, take the Cascade Lift to Beehive Basin Road. Book now!

*Early-season and late-season ski access are condition-dependent and dictated by Big Sky Resort operations.

*We STRONGLY recommend 4WD/AWD and SNOW TIRES for any personal/rental vehicles used in the area.

Any construction, traffic delays, or unanticipated noise is for the betterment of the community including increasing local amenities, improving beach and ski areas, and supporting the local economy.

Reservations between mid-April and October 31st, weather and park opening dates permitting, include one complimentary Yellowstone Luxury Tours excursion (4% resort tax and park entry fees excluded).
